My friend and I broke down with a faulty alternator on a road trip just north of Willits. Adam was there bright and early Monday morning and told us to bring the car in. His son took some of his personal time to look over the car right away and verify the issue with an otherwise crowded shop. The part wasn't available anywhere in within ~35 miles so we proceeded to have it over-nighted. When the receptionist forgot to order it in time and realized her mistake, she called everywhere in an expanding radius to find the part and personally pick it up so work could ensue right away and get us back on the road.

Adam seemed like a genuinely good guy and the car is still un-broke to this today.
